- • 4 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1/4 cup honey
- • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili flakes (optional)
- • 2 tablespoons butter
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil
- • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- • Sesame seeds for garnish
- • Sliced green onions for garnish
- • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
