  • • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • • 1/3 cup water
  • • 8 hard taco shells
  • • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • • 1 large tomato, diced
  • • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • • 1/4 cup salsa
  • • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

  3. Step 3: Warm taco shells according to package directions.
  4. Step 4: Spoon seasoned beef into taco shells.
  5. Step 5: Top each taco with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
  6. Step 6: Garnish with jalapeños and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
