Ingredients
- • 20 frozen pork or chicken gyozas
- • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- • 1/4 cup water
- • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- • 1 teaspoon chili crisp
- • 1 green onion, sliced
- • Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook frozen gyozas in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 3: Place cooked gyozas in the skillet and use a spatula or glass to press each one flat.
