- • 12 oz penne pasta
- • 2 tablespoons olive oil
- • 4 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- • 3 cups chicken broth
- • 1 cup heavy cream
- • 3 cups fresh spinach
- • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • Red pepper flakes (optional)
- • Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, cook for 1 minute.
- Step 3: Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and add the dry pasta. Stir to combine.
