Ingredients
- • 6 eggs
- • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- • 1 red bell pepper, diced
- • 1 onion, diced
- • 4 cloves garlic, minced
- • 2 teaspoons cumin
- • 1 teaspoon paprika
- • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- • 2 tablespoons olive oil
- • Fresh cilantro and feta cheese
- • Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Step 2: Add garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne. Cook 1 minute.
- Step 3: Pour in crushed tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Step 4: Make 6 wells in the sauce, crack an egg into each.
