Ingredients
- • 1 package soft tofu (sundubu)
- • 4 oz pork or mixed seafood
- • 1 tablespoon gochugaru
- • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1/2 onion, sliced
- • 1 zucchini, sliced
- • 2 cups anchovy or seafood broth
- • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- • 2 eggs
- • Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat sesame oil in a stone pot or heavy pot. Sauté garlic and onion.
- Step 2: Add pork or seafood, cook until done.
- Step 3: Add gochugaru and stir for 30 seconds.
- Step 4: Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add soy sauce.
- Step 5: Gently slide in soft tofu, breaking it into large chunks. Add zucchini.
- Step 6: Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Crack eggs on top just before serving.
- Step 7: Garnish with green onions. Serve immediately while bubbling, with rice.
