- • 1 cup powdered sugar
- • 2 whole eggs
- • 2 egg yolks
- • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- • Butter and cocoa powder for ramekins
- • Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Butter four 6-oz ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
- Step 2: Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Step 3: Whisk in powdered sugar until combined. Add eggs and egg yolks, whisking until smooth.
