- • 14 oz extra-firm tofu, cubed
- • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- • 2 cups broccoli florets
- • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- • 1 cup snap peas
- • 3 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- • Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Step 1: Press tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Step 2: Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Add tofu and cook until golden on all sides, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Step 3: Add more oil if needed. Stir-fry broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 4: Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 5: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Pour into wok with tofu.
- Step 6: Toss everything together until sauce thickens. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
