- • 8 oz sweet potato glass noodles (dangmyeon)
- • 6 oz beef sirloin, sliced thin
- • 1 carrot, julienned
- • 1 onion, sliced
- • 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- • 2 cups spinach
- • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- • 2 tablespoons sugar
- • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced
- • Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook noodles according to package, drain and cut into shorter lengths.
- Step 2: Marinate beef in 1 tablespoon each soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
- Step 3: Sauté each vegetable separately with a little oil, seasoning lightly. Set aside.
- Step 4: Stir-fry marinated beef until cooked.
- Step 5: Combine noodles, all vegetables, and beef in a large pan.
- Step 6: Add remaining soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and garlic. Toss well over low heat.
- Step 7: Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
