- • 2 large romaine lettuce heads, chopped

- • 1 cup homemade or store-bought croutons
- • 3 tablespoons olive oil
- • Salt, pepper, garlic powder for chicken
- • For dressing: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Step 1: Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.
- Step 2: Make the dressing: whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic, and Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3: Wash and dry romaine lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
