- • 1 cup string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled (optional)
- • 1 onion, sliced
- • 3 cloves garlic, minced
- • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- • 1 cup water
- • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Step 2: Add squash and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Step 3: Pour in coconut milk. Stir gently to avoid breaking the squash.
