- • 1 cup all-purpose flour
- • 1/2 cup rice flour
- • 1 cup ice-cold water
- • 1 egg
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • 1 bunch green onions, cut into 3-inch pieces
- • 1/2 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, squid) optional
- • Vegetable oil for frying
- • Soy dipping sauce with vinegar and chili
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix flours, water, egg, and salt until smooth batter forms.
- Step 2: Heat a generous amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Step 3: Arrange green onions in the pan, add seafood if using.
- Step 4: Pour batter over the onions to cover evenly.
- Step 5: Cook until bottom is golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Step 6: Flip carefully, press down, cook another 3 minutes until crispy.
- Step 7: Cut into wedges and serve with soy dipping sauce.
