  • • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • • 1/4 cup milk
  • • 1 egg
  • • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • • 3 tablespoons butter
  • • 3 tablespoons flour
  • • 2 cups beef broth
  • • 1 cup heavy cream
  • • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • • Salt and pepper to taste
  • • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Mix with ground beef, pork, egg, grated onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
