- • 3 large eggs
- • 3/4 cup whole milk
- • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- • 2 tablespoons sugar
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- • 2 tablespoons butter
- • Maple syrup and powdered sugar to serve
Instructions
- Step 1: In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Step 2: Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt.
